Police Release Footage Of Suspects Seen Moments Before Deadly Prince George’s Shooting

Police have released video footage in hopes of identifying two suspects in connection with the deadly shooting of a Prince George’s County woman over the weekend.

Officers called to investigate the shooting report around 2:15 a.m. Sunday, March 17 found Jessica Somerville, 27, of Suitland, suffering from a gunshot wound in a parking lot on the 5800 block of Silver Hill Road in District Heights, the Prince George’s County Police Department said.

Newly released surveillance footage shows two male suspects inside a fast food restaurant a few minutes before the shooting, which occurred in the parking lot.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment.

Anyone with information on either suspect is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 301-516-2512. Investigators are working to determine a motive.
